1. You may install as many copies of the script you purchased on
as many domains as you own. You must own the domains the script is
being installed on. As a safelist host you may run as many copies of the script
on domains you own as you like.
2. You can not lease or rent the script to other domain owners who
have not purchased the script.
3. Removing the "Powered By" link to us is a copyright
violation. Altering or removing any of the code that is responsible, in any way,
for generating that link is strictly forbidden. Anyone violating the above
policy will have their license terminated on the spot. Do not remove that link -
ever. You can signup as an affiliate and then you can use your affiliate link in
place of ours.

you may only change the "Powered By" link to your affiliate link if you have joined our
affiliate program at:
DXProScripts Affiliate Program.
4. If we find our scripts running on domains that are not
owned by the License owner we will terminate your License with no refunds!
5. Our Scripts connect to a Licensing Server, you may
not in anyway shape or form bypass this feature. If you have purchased one of
our scripts in the past we will help you get it back to connecting to our Licensing Server
for free.

If you have a licensing error showing on your legally purchased
scripts, please contact us ASAP and we will take care
of the problem. We will require you to provide the License Key you were given when you first
purchased the script or proof of purchase so make sure to retain a copy
of your receipt from the payment processor you used to pay us. If your script is not connecting to our
Licensing Server then you are running
an illegal copy of our script. Once we find this has happened you are no longer
allowed to use the script and this matter will be turned over to our Legal
Department. By contacting us we can easily avoid this.
6. The "Powered By" URL at the bottom of the script
is part of our copyright and must remain as delivered to you, you may only change the URL to your affiliate
URL if you have joined
our affiliate program at:
DXProScripts Affiliate Signup. This will
benefit you of course as we pay our affiliates 25%.
7. All Copyright info must be kept intact throughout
the script. You may not remove it, you may add your Copyright information below
or above ours. Again our scripts are copyright (C) 2004 DXProScripts.com,
Scripts4Profit.net, Phpprosafelistcreditsdx.com. All copyright notices and
links to DXProScripts.com, Scripts4Profit.net, Phpprosafelistcreditsdx.com
websites MUST remain intact in the scripts and in the HTML for the scripts.
8. Our Scripts can only be setup and ran on a domain
or domains that are owned by the Script purchaser.
9. Under no
circumstances will you give FTP or Control Panel access to anyone but the owner
of the script or the owners programmer to the script source code.
10. If you are
purchasing or have purchased the PHP DXProSafelist or DXProCreditsSafelist you agree to add the Copyright owners Submitters to your approved list of Submitters free of charge.
